Menachem Langer | Run run and run faster... You do not want them performing work for you. They initially came out to fix the refrigerator but the initial tech didn't properly diagnose the problem per Leroy the owner on visit number two. I was advised a part needed to be replaced and that the cost would be offset by what I had already paid since it wasn't done correctly.... sounds good right? It took them a MONTH to return after calling them multiple times a week. The tech arrived and replaced the part and Kim the co-owner refused to honor the credit that was agreed to on the account. Needless to say after a lengthy conversation the initial service was credited. I have never been spoken to by a vendor the way this women spoke to me... I will never use them on any property commercial or residential and would never recommend them to somebody that is not looking for a fight and headache. They do not keep their word and there are to many legitimate companies to do business with. |
