Air Serv of Knoxville put in a whole house mini split system for us. Very large and complicated project. Can't emphasize it enough, Jack and his team made the process as easy as possible for us. I felt they delivered a rare combination of professionalism, service and value!! Very high standards of integrity. The really big factor in our experience was the company's understanding the nuances of contracting to make the experience painless for the purchaser. A significant purchase like a whole home HVAC system comes with tons of troubleshooting and problem solving and let me assure you, I never had to "feel it."
