Not only were they not knowledgeable, she also encouraged us to wait to purchase our bundled appliances so that we would have more time “to think about it”! She also tried to encourage us to look at other bundles, after I had explained that we wanted that specific refrigerator. We got the impression that she was lazy and just didn't want to write it up. Maybe she didn't approve of my choices. And, I only ended up going to the store because I had called them earlier that day and spoke with this very same lady, and she callously told me she was too busy to help me but would call me back...to which she did not do. So, when I get to the store, there are 4 women working in appliances and several instances I see them standing around! And yes, I DID tell her that I had called, and they were supposed to have called me back. Listen, we are talking about a 3,000.00 purchase. WTH |
