Terrible service and Terrible products. Purchased a supposedly “new” washer and dryer, they delivered them and the “new” washer didn't work, who even knows about the dryer the instillation dude didn't make it that far. The instillation guy told us that the service guy would be by the next day today to fix the issue. We never heard from him, so we called the store and were informed that we would have to call the manufacturer. We called and the manufacture told us that the store would be the ones who had to fix the issue. So we call the store back and try our best to work with them to no avail, they refuse to remedy the situation whatsoever. They have done nothing but cost me money and time, this place is a complete joke. You'd be better off just buying something from Lowe's or Home Depot.... honestly you'd probably have better luck buying something off of Facebook Marketplace. We are waiting to see if they actually refund our money like “Deb” said they would in the morning, I will do my best to update this review if they do refund us.

Just got a washer and dryer yesterday and John was exceedingly helpful and wonderful with all questions I had. 10/10
