| Richard Mitchem | Not impressed by this Lowe's at all. Questionable sales practices and the service people can't be counted on. I purchased a front screen door 3 times. Yes, 3 TIMES and couldn't get it installed and had to get refunds each time. Service guys wouldn't do it, parts not right, whatever excuse they cold come up with. How did they fix it? By doing nothing. I spent over 500 buying a screen door and couldn't even get it. I will never make a large purchase at this store that involves installation. I go to Home Depot 95 of the time now. It sad, because Lowe's is closer. |
