| Alicia Cooper | I am over thankful for the wonderful service I have received from Kevin and the KB crew. Due to circumstances out of my control, I had to trust KB's shop with my car. My car quit about 200 feet away from their shop on the Saturday night before Christmas. I was able to get the car in their lot. I sent a message to them on Facebook panicking and they responded within minutes letting me know they would look at my car first thing Monday morning. By noon on Monday, Kevin called me with the issue of my car and how much it would cost if I wanted him to complete the work. Kevin was patience with me and all the questions I had. After getting in touch with my warranty company, Kevin told it over from there. They worked in a timely manner. They kept me updated with the progress of the repair. And once I received my car back, I couldn't have been happier. They did a wonderful job and I am very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone and I believe I have a new mechanic for all my car needs. |
| shelby garrott | KB's Auto is great!!! They immediately responded to my car issue and came to the spot to help! From what I thought was a problem that would take a while to repair and cost a ton, they finished within a day and a half and the price was cheaper than I thought it would be! They are the sweetest people and will do as much as they can to help- and they do a great job at it!!! |
