| Nicholas Taylor | My grandmother took her TV here for repair as she has done before in the past. Two weeks later she called to see if it was ready and how much it would be. Not only was she told that the repair would be 500+ but she was told that "no one wants a large TV like this48" anymore" it was a Sony Bravia TV. Wasn't large and plenty of parts out there. I went and picked up the TV from them as was told that he was unable to find the parts to fix it and that it would surely be well over 300 to get in if he couldnot including labor. I went home, after a bit of diagnostic work found that the main board had died and found and replaced the part for less than 80. Would not do business with someone who cannot find parts for the sole thing they claim to repair. |
| Colton Parker | Took my tv to get fixed. First he said the board went out, then he said it was the backlight. I went to pick it up bc he said it'd be almost 200 to fix which was worth more than the tv and kept my 30 deposit for looking at it. Horrible experience and never going back. |
