| AnaPaige Hunt | Frigidaire sent them to repair my parent's dishwasher. At first they were already rude insisting we had it on the wrong setting and basically threatening that if it was on the wrong setting when they showed up, we would be charged. Turns out the motor needed to be replaced. Once the part came in they came back out to "repair" it. The man left saying it was fixed but it wasn't. Next the control panel needed to be ordered and replaced. When they came out, they claimed nobody was home but my brother had been waiting there all day for them. Then said it would be 50 for them to come back out. My dad decided to bring the dishwasher to them but works out of town a lot and they stated if it wasnt there in a few days, they were sending the part back. On top of everything the man also broke the garbage disposal while he was "fixing" the dishwasher. Do not recommend. |
