I got a washer and drier delivered just before christmas. The vent pipe wasnt long enough to reach the vent and so the guy who delivered and installed told me that he would have someone deliver it and install it in a few days. I said okay and waited until the day specified then one day after. It never arrived so I called again to ask where my vent pipe was and got told another date of which we have been past for a week. No calls, no deliveries. My washer was late in the first place holiday rush, I get it. But now I've been waiting for a little over 2 weeks. The guy on the phone also delivery guy was always polite so I'll give him that but I've also looked at other reviews to see that the customer service within this company is lack luster at best. Good product, polite people, bad customer service, and scheduling.

I have been waiting on them to deliver a refrigerator for my apartment for 3 days and no one has to called and said anything. Everytime they say it will be delivered today but it's still haven't been delivered and this is “day 4”. I am renting from crestcore and they have some type of business together but either party is worth this headache. I can't wait until my lease is up because no one is trying to help me. So, I can not put food in my apartment for me and my one year old daughter because everybody is lying from both parties. Do not buy anything from theses people and do not rent through creatcore.
