Do NOT recommend. He came to fix my refrigerator, in a timely fashion. However, all he did was melt ice in my freezer with a hair dryer - Cost 71 and melting ice did not fix it. Not long after that, it was doing the same thing - of course. I had already bought groceries at this point since it was supposed to be fixed, some of which had to be thrown out because the refrigerator was not fixed like he said. I called him back and he said he would charge me 71 again. I told him no, nevermind... but he called back and said he would come look at it again, didn't charge. Told me what parts I needed to order.. gave me a number to call. Which I would think a service like this would have the parts or order the parts.. but he gave me a number to call so I didn't mind calling. However, that guy couldn't get the part for 10 days! I spent so much time trying to find the parts so I could order them and try to get them in as fast as possible before more food got ruined. Finally found a website I ordered the parts off of and got the parts delivered to my door by the next day. I called to let him know the parts were in.. and he said he would be charging me another 71. Never said a word prior to this about charging again. I would think if you didn't fix something the first time, you would come back and fix it like you were originally paid to do! 71 for melting ice and not fixing anything is ridiculous! I've never seen someone run their business like this. Not my fault it wasn't fixed the first time like I paid for! Bad service.
