A few days ago now, is 2/14/2020, your technician, Storm was out to my home for a service contract check on all 3 of my units. A Very Pleasant technician, who also give me info on a product to help me get rid of allergens, odors, specifically dog smells as I have , 4 large rescue dogs and though I am nose blind to dog odor, I am keenly aware that it exists. Storm knows I have a great concern about buyers coming through the home, as I intend to sell my home this year, and worry, I will lose a sale because of the odor. So,... Storm told me about. Product by Active Plus, called Air scrubber by Aerus. From reviews online and Storm's Personal experience, it's top notch and will rid the home of all odors. I look forward to him coming back next week and installing it for me. Can't wait. Until he told me, I never knew of its existence. So, thank you so much Kimbro and your Technicia , Storm.
