That's it. 3 weeks later, they tell me I can finally come get it and charge me 350. They replaced 2 broken coil wires. They were just supposed to diagnose the problem. I guess that was not understood. They are very nice people, but somewhat unprofessional imo. When I originally arrived, they weren't expecting me after I had called the day prior and they told me to bring it in. When I called to see what was going oncalled at least a couple times a week, no one seemed to know, or the one who did know wasn't there. Repeatedly told me they would call back and never did, etc...Overall, it wasn't a bad experience...just time consuming and kind of sketchy. Either they are crazy busy and get sidetracked a lot, or they are incredibly unorganized. Very friendly good people though. |
