| Robin Greer | I bought a washer and dryer and Refrigerator. And git the extended warranty on all of it. Well my washer broke and it has now been 6 weeks and still waiting for it to be fixed and when I call they keep telling me they are waiting for the parts to come in. I think they are waiting fir my extended warranty to expire cause it should not take this long to fix it and the tech put a new compression in it but it is still vibrating and bouncing off my wall. It has popped the side panel out and now when I do my clothes they come out with a funny smell and I do not have time to go somewhere to wash my clothes or pay to take them to a laundry mat. I think they should just give me a new one before my warranty expires. They keep saying someone will call me but I never get a call from them. |
