| John Mietlicki | Like Deana Parenti, I've used them several times so I thought when I had a water leak on my LG refrigerator, it would not be a problem to repair. They have worked on this refrigerator in the past. When the tech Robert arrived, he spent no more that 20 minutes looking for the leak, dispensing water but found nothing. He threw up his hands and left but not before presenting me with a bill for 71.34 for doing nothing. I called another service which found the problem was a leaky hose coupling and a bad water valve. I resent having to pay for a service call when shoddy and incompetent service is the only thing that is delivered. I WILL NOT BE USING DE LONG IN THE FUTURE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OF ABOUT 8 YEARS. |
| Deena Parenti | I used them in the past and everything was great, that's why I called them again for my washer. It was and still is making a grinding sound. When Philip the repairman came he said the only thing wrong with it was that the transmission was leaking oil. He said he would call in a few days to see if anything changed. Well he never called and I received a bill. I called them a few times and left messages. I didn't get a call back until the following week from a woman who put Philip on the phone. I told him there most definitly is something wrong with it and that I took a video of it while it was washing cloths with the ungodly noise that it was making. To be nice, I told him I could send it to him if It would be more convenient for him. He agreed it would, so I sent it and it took him 5 days to tell me the gears were stripped. Whatever that means. I asked him, would it be cheaper to fix it or buy a new one and he never responded back. Then I received another bill when nothing was accomplished. I am extremely disappointed with their services and would never use them again. |
