| Beth | I would give them more stars if I could. These awesome humans have worked on my refrigerator, freezer, washer, and dryer multiple times over the past 5 years. They are super helpful and always willing to answer any questions I've ever had. They have even walked me through simple repairs in their shop so that I could go home and do them myself without having to pay for them to come out and do it. They are sometimes unorganized and have missed a few appointment times over the years but they are always willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. In my opinion, it's totally worth maybe wasting a little time for the level of service that I always receive. I never think twice about who to call when my appliances are acting up. |
