| Sarah Tidwell | So, I had a journey with Rent a Center.. We saw a couch on the showroom floor, asked for it to be delivered. The price was 19.99 a week. We got a couch delivered that looked similar to it, but not the same. Once we saw it in the light, it had stained purple permanent marker lines, a cigarette burn, tears, etc. Then the price had changed to 24.99 a week. I went up there and asked to speak with the manager to correct the problem. She acted like I was being ridiculous, told me that they got it from the Memphis warehouse, so mixups happen, and basically said they would not be correcting the problem. I was furious, so I returned the couch, went through another company, and I will literally NEVER go back there. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I still can't believe how they handled the situation. I wish I could give zero stars. |
