| Lisa Wolff | I was referred to this business by the LG service center. I have waited for over a week for this man to call me to set up an appointment to fix my brand-new LG washer. After several days, I called him myself, and no answer. I left a message, and still no answer. Called back today and got voicemail again. I called the LG service center to once again get an appointment for someone to fix my washer. I let them know just what a dirt bag this guy is. They said they are going to report him to the home office, and he will probably be removed from their list of certified repairmen. I hope so. Guys like this give LG a bad name. I am giving him a one star rating, only because there isn't an option for zero stars! |

| Hobob Titjag | Horrible service. Lg set the owner up to come and repair my television. I talk to him he wants pictures of my television and I send them. I message him back and get no replies for two days. I call and still no replies. How can you run a business when you ignore your customers. I'd give 0 stars if there was an option. |
