| dottie milano | I read the reviews, that's one reason I chose this service. I was completely disappointed with the whole experience. We had a circuit board go out on our refrigerator. That was Thursday. I understand that the part was not readily available. So Saturday I texted the repair man and he assured me we had an appointment slot for 3 -6 pm. No problem. At 9:45 pm he shows up, takes about 5 to 7 minutes to put the part on and then we pay 343.00. It wasn't so much the cost, but the fact that he was on another job during our appointed slot time. And coming at that late hour? I will never use this company again! |
