Provided a higher than reasonable quote for a high-end gas furnace and AC unit. Received return phone calls when I had questions. Install was amazing with almost everything I wanted. The "almost" was completed a few weeks later after a simple phone call, they were there the next day to fix the air intake on the gas unit. Zero charge and very professional. Thank you Luke, Ty and install guys, I am extremely happy with the respect, attentiveness, and ability to listen to the customer's needs. You get what you pay for, money well spent.

I have been using Action Air for the last 20 years and I always have had outstanding service. They are always fast and responsive when I have had Air conditioning problems. So when it came time to get a new HVAC system I didn't really have to think about it. They gave me a bunch of options worked with me on the price. Then installed it on the day agreed upon. It's very rare that you get to work with a company that treats you like family.

The service technicians and company are very friendly and knowledgeable at their job. Very attentive to appointments. Defrost motherboard went out and replaced the very next day. Appointment was easy to get and they worked with our work schedule. Great Job!
