Appliance Repair by Volunteer Appliance Services Co in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Waited for a call for about two weeks to schedule time to come out and repair. I called back to find out if my parts had arrived which should have been in in 3-5 days and left a message. He did not return my call that day. I called back the following morning and he answered the phone and I told him who I was and was wondering if my parts had come in and he told me he wasn't dealing with washing machines today because his mother had surgery and he as with her. I told him I was sorry to hear that and was there a better time we could talk to resolve the issue. I then told him I have had some surgery myself and really needed my washing machine and that I was real sorry that I had bothered him and I wouldn't bother him again and I hung up. He then called me back and asked if he heard me clearly that I would find someone else and I said yes if he could tell me where my parts were and he said that this service call was cancelled. Very rude and unprofessional!!

Similar to other reviews. He charged me for the service call and then strung me along for months on installing the parts. I finally had to order the parts and then he never showed up to install them. I may take him to small claims court. DO NOT USE HIM!!
