Although at first the repair process was slower than I liked, repairman Joe explained that the repair section of the company was in its infancy and they were just working out the kinks. Joe communicated with me, and found the part for my dishwasher that was no longer being manufactured! He fit me in at the end of his long day, which I very much appreciated. I will definitely call Siano for Joe again.

Purchased washer/dryer combo and fridge nearly year ago from Siano. Salesman Don was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the washer gave me finicky or unacceptable service and after six or eight months it was clear that repeated Maytag Repairman visits arranged online with Maytag weren't going to help. So I called Don at Siano, and he contacted and negotiated with Maytag on my behalf. Within two weeks his delivery folks brought a new machine to replace the lemon. To top it off, they were friendly, competent and, most of all, carefully took their time to do the install job correctly.
