Tara Salsman | I was assigned to A Reliable through the GE warranty. Technician came out on Dec 9 and within 5 minutes knew we needed a new door for our GE dryer purchased in July of the same year. I have zero complaints about the technician whose name was either Ricky or Randy. He told me he would submit the order when he got back to the office and it would be in within 4-5 business days and they would come install. Great. Then we didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. It was the holidays, and I had surgery, so I let it go to 6 weeks. When I called back to find out what happened, I kept getting the run around from Larry. Larry said they were WAITING FOR ME to call and order the door. Huh? He said he would order it then. I waited 2 weeks. Called back. It took forever to actually speak to anyone again-- Larry's voicemail box is full. But every time I spoke to Larry it was, "I will look into this. I will call you back in an hour." With no call back. first week of February, I spoke to him and AGAIN he says, "I will order the door today." I called back a few days ago and he starts blaming the distributor for the part not coming in. I finally got tired of it today, Feb 14, and called GE warranty services back. Their rep calls Larry who says HE STILL HADN'T ORDERED THE DOOR, but he was going to do it "right now." I laughed, asked her if she believed him since this was now the 3rd time he was assuring that he was ordering the part I need to have a functional dryer. She laughed, and the GE customer service agent ordered the door to be shipped directly to my house. We will have a different servicer install the door. Larry is an unreliable liar. Avoid, avoid, avoid. |

Emily Byrd | Two men from A Reliable Appliance arrived the morning after I called Lowes to report some trouble with our refrigerator's lighting. These men were very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as quick! They had my refrigerator fixed in a jiffy! Kind, quick, capable service. |
