I went to Lowes in Athens this morning to look for a gas kit for my new fireplace logs. As I walked over to that area there where some people setting up new things in lawn and garden area. One of the men stopped and ask me if I needed help. After explaining what I needed he try to help. It looked as though they where out. As I walked to the front I walked into the store Mgr. Jesse said hello and asked to help. I explained to him and he checked and verified they where out. But he went out of his way to keep me from going somewhere else and found them at another location and had them the next morning. That service is above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Jesse, And I will not hesitate to make your store my first stop for my home improvement needs.
