| Danielle Weaver | Scheduled an appointment for 8am Wednesday, a week ago. He said they would call before arriving. At 8:15 I called. He said he was just heading into town with a laugh. I asked what time he would be there and he said "Larry said you cancelled, and re-scheduled for Thursday". Told him that was incorrect, and that HE was the only one I'd spoken with. He said that he could do it sometime this afternoon. I told him after 5:30 would be fine, since I'd already taken the morning off of work... No good, he doesn't work that late. How about tomorrow morning...taking another morning off, for your poor service? I don't think so. Then he said he'd call me back in about 30 mins, after he got to his customer's house which should have been my house to look at his tablet and see when he could re-schedule for. He NEVER CALLED back. Had a bad feeling about going with someone without any Google reviews...should have gone with my gut. Now there's a Google review so if in doubt, you'll know why! |
