| Elizabeth | We purchased a motorized bike the owner and son made. After just a couple of days and a couple of short rides, it kept breaking. Literally bolts coming off. We took it in for repair. No problem, we were even willing to pay for the cost to repair. We even paid the kid a little money upfront to cover costs. We were patient and willing to give them plenty of time to make repairs. 3 weeks goes by and no word on the repairs. We had to call and track down the owner. Lots of excuses, "can't find parts" "we're busy with sports camp", ... Etc. The shop was very rude about the whole ordeal. Finally, we just ask for our money back. We paid 675 for the bike just a week before bringing it in. They gave us 200 and said he'd have it fixed up and would call us. We followed up again, and now they're saying they feel that was a good refund and are keeping the bike? I think we were robbed!?!? I feel it was all very unprofessional. I can't recommend this shop for anything after my experience. |
