| Ben Rothenberg | Took well over a month to get someone out to service our pellet stove, and that was only because I had to do a follow-up call to find out when we could get someone. Technician first put in a door gasket that was WAY too big and when trying to force the door closed, the door handle broke. He stated that he would replace that, and have called at least once to find out the status and have never heard back from them. The stove works worse than it did before it was serviced. Have gotten so fed up with the fact that there are NO good people that service pellet stoves in our area that we have decided to dump the pellet stove and install a gas stove instead. By far, not good service that we have experience with them. |
