| Landon Meyer | "Trying" to cancel my service with Waste Management today. What a pain. I don't mind all the "hoops" to jump through as that is how large companies justify their "retention" process. But to charge me 75 to take the containers back?!?! Now they are trying to retain customers via force... Before this, I was willing to move back to Waste Management if I had to, but now after this, I will never even consider doing business with them again. Also, my subscription is canceled, but does that stop the automatic payment? Nope, I have to call a different number to do that, the rep could not even transfer me, I had to call. I called, and guess what, I ended back up in the same call flow... How ridiculous... Never again Waste Management.... Last note, I didn't want to offer any stars, but had to click on in order to post this... |
