| Tony | Have dishwasher with extended warrenty service has been out six times 2 motors, one mother board, two sets of hoses, still have issues. The cost at this point has far exceeded the original cost of dishwasher. This has been going on for 12 weeks. There has been very poor communication on Karl's side about all of this, service tech on evenings was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The elevator music when you are on hold talks about service after the sale, I have yet to see this after six times our over 3 months tech still does not have it fixed. Really question if service people know what they are doing. I'm really frustrated st this point. Will consider buying elsewhere in future. |
| Tennille K | We had never been here before and were shocked when we were greeted by a receptionist, at a retail store?! And offered water or coffee? Very impressive. Not something we have much of in this area.. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the products offered wide in variety and price ranges. This is a place we will be returning to. |
