| Eric | I walked into my house after being gone for the weekend and it was 52 degrees in my house. I called on Monday morning and they sent Chad right out. Chad came out and looked at my furnace. He gave me some options and explained everything in Lehman's terms for me to understand. I decided to get a new furnace and AC. Chad was able to do a temporary fix to get me through a few days. He was a little concerned about it so he gave me his card with his cell and told me to not hesitate to call if I had any issues. I had none. He came back with a crew a few days later to install. The process was very smooth and painless. Chad was very courteous, professional, and thorough! I'm in customer service, this is how you treat a customer and keep a customer for life!
