| Renata Hruska | I hired this guy to install laminate flooring in my living room. He gave me an estimate for about half as much as other companies so I thought I would give it a try. Well I'm sorry I did because this was one of the most sloppy, quick jobs I've ever had done. The guy was personable enough, but took two full 8 hour days to install 200 square feet of flooring. That seemed a little excessive to me, but fine whatever. When he was "finished" he left gaps in my flooring that he couldn't cover up with quarter round. He made no attempt to even cut the flooring around the boarder of my walls and just said he would put quarter round over it to cover it up. He sealed my radiator vents shut with quarter round. He literally put quarter round on top of quarter round. When he said he was "finished" there was a raw edge of board left completely out in the open. I brought this to his attention and he replied that if I got some stair edging from Menards he would be nice enough to put on. Really? Not professional at all. He would slam my doors when he knew my son was napping and he broke my lamp while ripping out my carpet with not even so much as a sorry. |
