| Cassidy Podach | So, I ordered a laptop Monday and they got it in for me without a payment right away I called yesterday and made my payment; I asked if the could deliver it. They said yes, because the manager live by my town in Minnesota I was like cool so I don't have to drive an hour away. They said it would be at my apartment by sun down. It's not here and I'm really irritated, they can not get in contact with the person who has it, which make me even more mad; now I'm not the one to get on and write a review but when you say your going to deliver something that I paid for you should! Now I might not be able to get it till Monday and I'm not happy at all because of this at least when I lived in Ohio the customer service that I received from Aaron's was 100 better and they delivered when they said they would! |
