Appliance Repair by Walmart Supercenter in Rapid City, South Dakota

Always seems to be pretty busy. They do a good job keeping things stocked when they have it even on snow days.

So I feel like I'm in prison when I'm there. Today topped it off. Lady whom was handicap had to go to bathroom and the yellow vest lady at door named Billi was nothing but rude I want to use other words but I won't. Lady in chair said it was an emergency and yellow vest said dont flipping care you are not aloud to come out that way. This went on for a few min. It was wrong of her in every way. She's not the only yellow vest door Greeters I have met that is this way. I get Y all are trying to stop shoplifting but the way customers are treated in your store is so wrong.

I've left a comment to corporate also in hopes to get this employee recognized. His customer service towards me was amazing, I usually don't have employees help or anything just going in and out. But I was in there around 7:30pm on January 30th and this employee offered to find the screen protector I wanted, and put it on my phone. That was amazing but he was also very kind and helpful. He had brownish black hair if that helps. I haven't been treated so well anywhere else as far as I can remember. He made my night! He was working in electronics

When you go early, it is not crowded at all. Early is before 9:00 A.M.

Went here one time on a date. The food was excellent and the drinks were doing the job but unfortunately just didn't have chemistry with the woman I was on a date with. Great memories of the food though and found it to be a nice surprise!
