Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Rapid City, South Dakota

There is a great selection of so much. I like the displays they have, not over crowded just to load more. This is a very clean store. The displays are well organized. The service is great and very helpful. The gentleman we had helping us was not in such a hurry to get back to his other work. He stuck around for our many questions. I recommend this store.

I love the staff at Lowe's. they're always more than willing to help if you have a question and even when they'd known I'm just doing research are not afraid to spend the time with me. the fact that they now give a 10 military discount across-the-board is outstanding as well.

Waited 30 minutes to get someone to help me buy a washer and dryer. The employee was helping someone else before me, but saw me there, and when he was done with that customer, started helping another customer who just got there. Then I finally was able to purchase the washer and dryer, about an hour after walking into the store. No delivery times available until 3 weeks later. I called 2 days later to see if they had any other openings for delivery. It took me 7 attempts just to get a hold of a human being on the other end. And there were no openings for a sooner delivery date. Not what I consider good customer service.
