Fairly smooth transaction. The service guy, Allen, is super knowledgeable and doesn't mind helping you get the parts you need and explaining how they're used. Salespeople can be a bit rude with their whispering side conversations. Like any other furniture/appliance store, they'll try to up-sale you to the most expensive product of the lineor at least the one with the greatest profit margin. Overall, I'd probably buy from them again but I wouldn't suggest anyone go in blind as to what they need because they're likely to spend much more than necessary. | |
