| Austin Rosewell | [Rude customer service], I was having a couch delivered and told the workers at the store before hand that if I can't answer my phone to call my wife and had given them her number. I live on base so they had to be sponsored, I was working at the time so I wasnt able to answer my phone right away, I was then left with a voice that "they were waiting and I need to answer my phone" in a huge rude manner. When there was only a one minute wait before I called them back. |
