| Connor Hickman | I brought an 06 Duramax in a couple months ago to have the turbo looked at. After evaluation, Dells Diesel decided it needed a new turbo so I had them replace it with another stock turbo. They did good work on the turbo job and everything works fine. Price was right in the normal ball park. When I went in to pay for the job, in cash, they ended up putting a new belt and air filter on, without warning. This added a couple hundred dollars to the total. Now I had another problem with the truck loosing power, after evaluation they found it was that the mass air flow sensor was bad. They were told not to do any work until they told me what was wrong. They gave no notice until they had already completed the job and also replaced a glow plug and the air filter, again, with out any real indication of them being bad.... The tech's here seem to know what they are doing and do fairly good work, however all of the added on work hikes up the price of the final bill. |
