The store didn't have the phone I wanted, so he went out of his way to have it shipped overnight from another store. He contacted me with updates and let me know as soon as the phone arrived. Living 60 miles away, I wasn't able to get the phone by closing time, so Chris offered to meet me after hours at my convenience. He also took extra time to help me figure out payment options and set up my phone for me before I picked it up. And he did all these things eithout me even asking!
