| Rudy Oglesby | Nice people but be very careful about what you buy and inspect it thoroughly. I bought a used ladder from them and failed to inspect it real well. got it home on Thursday and saw that the rope was broken but easy fix and threw it in the garage. took it out this morning and while fixing the rope I found that the corner bead on the main ladder about half way up of the fiberglass is split for about 18 inches basically rendering the ladder useless. Called Melvin and he refused to take it back. |
