One of those calls was to a bigger company who told me that since my water heater is old I needed to just replace it for 1100. Ha! I called Plumb-Rite of Sumter, who gave me a fair price to replace the thermo coupling without trying to get me to replace something that might not need replacing. These guys were prompt, quick, and very nice to me and my husband. I even had to leave to go get the money to pay them cause I'm just a jumbled mess of a person. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I will continue to use them as my plumber, no need for other plumbers to try and sway me.
