Bob's Appliance was my first job. I had the pleasure of working with them during my school summer breaks. They taught me that customer service was the key to success. With my most recent refrigerator purchase from them, that same customer service was provided again.

I normally would not take the time to write a review, but exceptional service deserves the time. We just had the best experience with Bob's. After waking up to water on the floor and a fridge full of bad food, I watched youtube to see if I could diagnose and fix the issue myself. Then, I checked to see the cost of a new fridge. As a last resort, and not expecting a cheap solution, I called Bob's. Our repairman came out to the house within two hours of my service request! He took all of 2 minutes to diagnose the problem as a motherboard, and then took another 15 minutes to replace the faulty component. Thanks to Bob's, I saved a lot of money and hopefully have a fridge that will last another 10 years. I will never use the big box store again - they have my business for future appliance sales and service. Thank you!
