| Andrew nrehtous | The balding man behind the counter was extremely condescending and rude asking unnecessary question then I asked not to have my tires rotated rotated they did anyways then when I pulled out my car pulled terribly to the left went back ask them ask them to put my tires back the way they were acted like it was a problem then insisted that I had impact damage on my tire that was causing it and my car has never done that before suggested I get a new tire and after the oil change that I went in for in the first place my car sounds like it runs harder now than I did when I brought it to them I don't know if it's a tactic to get repeat customers but it's unnecessary and I will not be returning if you want to go to a good place you can go to the Reidville Road garage at least they treat you honestly |
