| Abbie Shelley | Do not recommend. I called to have a dryer fixed at my residence on a Tuesday. After a week I called to follow up since I had not heard anything from the company. I waited over a week with no response and once I got in touch with Mike he stated they are still unable to place the part even though it was promised to be installed on Saturday. A week and a half is unacceptable to wait for service because they have "other priorities". I requested a refund. So we'll see if they return my money..... I would definitely use someone else! |
