Calvin Smith | I was given this company through GE appliance repair and must say that the work was nowhere to be found. The company came out to inspect the damage to the stove at the end of January without the parts for the igniter that I informed them was broken before the service. They came out and diagnosed the same issue. They then proceeded to tell me that they were ordering the part. Come midway through February I called to find the status of the part only to be told that there was no tracking number for the parts for my repair. The associate from GE told me to wait another week to see if the part had arrived as they had ordered the part the second week of February weeks after they had serviced my home. It is now the second week of March and I have yet to hear back from them regarding the part and fixing my stove. I would not use this company if you have other options and ask GE to send a certified repairman instead of using Certified Appliance Repair. As of this review, my problem has yet to be resolved. |
Alessandra Lucci | Super professional and courteous. My in-laws recommended this company and I would recommend them too. Tony came out and was neatly dressed and professional. Other appliance repairmen come out in ripped clothes and stinking of alcohol, so Certified Appliance was a refreshing change of pace in the industry. As for the bad reviews, I think the reviewers had issues with Lowe's and took it out on Certified Appliance. Or were angry at the manufacturer that their warranty expired. Seriously, don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Awesome service and will call them for any future appliance needs. Thank you! |
