| Rashaan suber | This arron's the people that's working at this store they don't doing nothing but lie to you Sense I had the washer and dryer the dryer came up broke they told me that they will replace it but never did And i paid on it they me that the replacement will be out by Wednesday but never seen it but want me to keep paying for the store Manager show up to my house at 8:30 nite to come get the washer and dryer but tell me my replacement is in the store but he didn't bring it out with him I'll be waiting for Months for a dryer then they try to have attitude cause they doin me wrong |

| Chris Arrowood | There are untrustworthy, i made a payment for my girlfriend via cash in store, they call her repeatedly threatening to take her fridge.. But i guess they didnt realize some people keep receipts.. They didnt even apologize just said oh, ok. God forbid you need a week extra.. After months renting with them.. My wife was told today.. No! we are talking about a week.. But we will be up to pay these people. So thats two consecutive months of mishandling and jerks. Im seriously considering finding another option going forward. If its there mistake its your fault, be warned. |
