Michael Hucks | Great customer service and prices. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Have always been great to work with. |
Eva Strader | Great customer service, and friendly...filled up our RV tank for a road trip. |
William Kerner | The last two times I have dealt with Ford's Propane have been a pathetic exercise in how to treat a customer. Yesterday, I received a call from one of their service people who was supposed to be at my house today. He claimed that he was supposed to be there yesterday, and I told him I was about to leave, and had him scheduled for tomorrow, clearly recorded in my daytimer. So today, I called Ford's to see if anyone was going to show up. I was told no, that the service call was yesterday. No one from Ford's bothered to call me, and when I called them, all they wanted to do was argue about when the service call was scheduled. Meanwhile, I wasted the better part of a day waiting for their service man. Clearly, the customer does not come first at Ford's. |
