Bob Carpenter | BUYER BEWARE! We will never use these folks again. They installed a TV incorrectly. They screwed up our surround system. We just hired a professional to come out and fix this and he confirmed what I had suspected all along. They said our receiver was broken and it wasnt on them. Turns out they just installed everything incorrectly. Also, they got stuck in our yardno clue why they would drive off the ample concrete parking pad into the yard. They refused to acknowledge or take the blame for any of these issues. I just got passed around from person to person with each call. I finally grew tired of wasting time asking for help with the problems they called. Its sad to see how incompetent this service has become! |
