Appliance Repair by Appliance Masters LLC in Lancaster, South Carolina

Needed some warranty work on my GE dual fuel range. The gas burners produced uneven flames and left soot on all my pots and pans. Tim gave a prompt response to my initial call. And promptly showed up for the appointment. Worked through an issue until it was fixed. Turns out the company who initially installed the unit failed to replace the natural gas jets with the propane jets. I'll be calling Appliance Masters for any future appliance work.

I can't imagine anyone giving Timmy Baker fewer than five stars. He has been doing repairs on all the major appliances in my home and rental properties for more than 20 years and has always fixed them right the first time and at a reasonable charge. If he says he will be there between 10 and 11 a.m., he will be there or will call and tell you he is running late. I was shocked to see the two negative reviews. Timmy is one of the few people I will let work in my home or rental units without my being present. He is a super repairman and a super person.

first time they came out to repair my dryer, they did not show. the manufacturer gives anytime between 8am and 5 pm. I had to call THEm back just to be told he overbooked and had to come back by noon the next day. 2 weeks later dryer broke, again, and once again was told to they would be there between 8 am and 5 pm and once again did not show, or even call this time. They cant fix it right the first time and they most certainly are not on time. So far I have wasted two and a half days due to this company. If your manufacturer tries to set these guys up for your repair, request a different company
