Her knowledge and ability to inspect my AC and walk me through each aspect of the process was top notch. Their thoroughness left me feeling confident in their work. 10/10 would recommend.

After we were nearly hoodwinked by another local HVAC company, we called American Veteran and received help within just a couple hours. Kris spent over three hours investigating the issues we were experiencing and fixing problems. I expected a huge bill but was surprised to find an extremely reasonable fee for all the work he'd done. What's more, unlike the other company, Kris didn't put us into panic mode over our old system or try to pressure us into buying a new unit immediately. Instead, he weighed the costs, gave us all our options, and helped expand the life of our current unit for a very fair cost. I HIGHLY recommend their services. Courteous, prompt, honest, fair, professional, and quality. Doesn't get better than this.
