Also,she won't give you a price nor estimate on the price of the repair before working on them and told me she didn't know what the repair person would need to do to repair themseems it would be fairly easy to ask.If there were another repair store in the area I feel they would have reasonable prices due to competition. I went to pick my shoes up during business hoursI live 30 minutes away around 10:30am on a Tues. and the store was closed. She also charged me a dollar more than her stated price but I chose not have her re-do it for the sake of time. I wont be back due to the practices of the business. They weren't extremely customer service oriented but this is common with Greenwood businesses. |

The owner is rude and would not come out of hiding to discuss this hot mess! The staff is rude and they are a hot mess too! Lots of good shoe repair shops in Greenville ! Ideal shoe shop is terrible! Trust me!!!!!! |
