| Repented Life | I paid 265 for a used washing machine on 1/18/2020. It's now 3/11 and I contacted them to let them know that 4 days ago the washer quit working. They said I could pay 50, bring it back to them and they'll look at it then give me a price to repair it. Or they offered me an extended warranty through another company for 40 and then I would contact that company to deal with the repair. I understand we're dealing with used appliances and they can't warrant for long, but seriously, if someone just spent 265 with you for something that worked less than 2 months and you won't even offer a swap out. |

| mercedes danielle | They price depending on how they feel & who you talk to. We were told one price... & also told they had more than one option in this price range. We get there... we're told a completely different price & that the other sets were sold. Even though they had only been open for 2 hrs & we got the pricing at 10:30pm the night before. Horrible business practices. & guess what??? No prices on anything. Go figure!!!!!! |
